The workshops we run in-house for employers are tailored to each organisation, allowing for the unique culture and environment that will exist in each workplace.
Our open workshops give attendees the benefit of mixing with people from different employment backgrounds and learning from that experience, as well as gaining the knowledge and skills from our experienced facilitators. All our workshops are incorporate full day training sessions and are not just “chalk and talk” type sessions events. There is plenty of opportunity for discussion, input and to work through scenarios. Each workshop will have a maximum of 16 attendees and are run in venues that are perfect for this type of learning.
